How long do I have to rent for?
You can rent for any period at all. Our cheapest pricing is when you rent for a minimum four month term.

Is delivery free to all areas?
When you rent appliances for four months or longer delivery is free to the greater Brisbane area. We can deliver to other areas however a delivery fee may apply.

How old are the appliances and what happens if the appliance breaks down?
We only hire current model appliances so break downs are most unlikely. However Castle Hire maintains the equipment, so it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Can we purchase the appliances we have been renting?
You can purchase at any time after four months rental. We deduct half of the rental paid on an item (excluding GST) from the price of that item at the start of hire. It's that simple.

What information do I need to start renting and how long does it take?
It takes approximately 30 minutes to approve your application. The information required is Full Name, Address, Previous Address, Date of Birth, Drivers Licence if any, Employment if any, Real Estate/ Landlord, and three references. Click here to fill out an online application.

How can I pay my rental?
The first months rental is paid on delivery. Ongoing monthly rental payment options are Internet Banking, Credit Card just phone 38561111, Direct Debit, Cheque, Money Order or by calling at our Castle Hire showroom.

 

Makeover Furniture Hire

I'm selling my property how does furniture rental work?
It's quite simple really. Just select from our website or call at our showroom. We'll quote prices on your selection and coordinate a convenient delivery time.

How long do I have to rent Makeover Furniture?
Makeover furniture is hired for a one month period. Should you need the furniture a bit longer you can extend on a weekly basis at one quarter of the monthly rate per week.

When do I pay for Makeover Furniture?
On or prior to delivery the months rental, delivery and collection fees are paid. There are no further costs to pay.
